There may be occasions where students will not have the required computer based competence at the time of enrolling on a course, and will therefore, be expected to make an effort to improve their computer / internet skills and agree to the following:
1. To improve your computer/Internet skills througout study
2. That you already have your own email address, or will create your own emai address as soon as possible and share it with CTA to facilitate future communications.
3. That you are aware that the email address you provide to CTA will be assumed as your own and the primary and only recepient address, and third party email addresses (i.e. friends of family etc.) will not be included in the recepient correspondence form.
4. That you are aware that CTA will primarily communicate with students via email, and that you will make a reasonable attempt to check your emails regularly.
5. That you are aware that Course Coordinators will inform you of any changes to class schedules or venue via email, and that it is your responsibility to check your emails for any alerts.
6. That you are aware that you will receive feedback on your market assessments only via email, and that failure to check your emails in a timely manner may result in you losing out on an opportunity to resubmit work to CTA on time, causing delays for you on the course.
7. That you agree that failure to abide with the aforementioned guidelines and procedures may cause communications and procedural issues for you as a student, and that CTA wil remain indemnified from any issues or complications arising from this failure.
